1973 Saab Sonett

Body-off chassis restoration completed in 2013. Everything under the fiberglass body was either repaired or replaced, including all suspension components. Every singe nut, bolt, screw, washer was removed and either cleaned or replaced and re-installed. All rust was removed and new panels fabricated and welded into frame. Bilstein shocks were sent to Bilstein and re-built. The motor was disassmbled, heads serviced, all gaskets and seals replaced. Replaced carburetor with WEBER 34-ICH. Repaired clutch throw out arm and replaced clutch pressure plate, clutch disc, and throwout bearing. Transmission flushed and new gear oil installed. The fiberglass body is in good shape. It could use a re-paint if you want a museum ready car.
