1965 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

The Corvair Monza features a matching-numbers drivetrain with matching-numbers 164ci 6-cylinder engine and 2-speed Powerglide transmission all with 54,000 original miles. Work includes a complete inspection of the car and a complete nut-and-bolt restoration. The engine and transmission have been completely resealed, and the engine compartment has been freshly painted and renewed. The interior is a blend of factory original and new: The front seats have been given new seat foam, the rear seats have been re-covered, the package-area cardboard has been replaced, and the floorboards have been treated with Dynamat and recarpeted. The headliner, dash components (excluding radio), door and quarter-panel cards, and front seat covers are factory original. The front boot has been stripped, sealed and refinished. Custom modifications include a lowered stance with staggered rims and tires, front Camaro chin spoiler, custom dual exhaust, custom sound system featuring stock-looking radio, Italian air horns and a LeMans-style racing fuel cap. With less than 100 miles after restoration, every component is in great working order.
