Description
This is a very nice 33 Ford three window coupe. But, this is really about the engine. This is a once in lifetime chance to own an engine that is very rare and special. The engine was assembled by ex AA/FD builder, tuner and driver Joe Arena. Joe has built many 392 Hemi's in his life. He built the engine to be very drivable on the street. I have many documents from the build. The car is very solid and goes straight when you push hard on the go pedal. THE 392 HEMI: The engine block a Dale Emery by Rodeck. This is one of 88 ever made with machined water jackets. All other blocks where made without water jackets and are used for nostalgia drag racing front engine dragsters. As noted this is one of 88 and several where sold overseas. This is a very rare engine. Has custom cooling system and uses a big block Chevy water pump. The block started as a Forged billet 6061 T-6 aluminum machined to be a 392 hemi (billet not cast). The block accepts 392 internal parts and heads and has 392 oiling system for hydraulic lifters. Has a billet front cover for timing chain. The block weight is 150lbs with cylinder sleeves engine dyno run 1153 hp @ 4800 rpm and 945 ft lbs torque @ 3900 rpm
