1963 Studebaker Avanti R 1

Removed the gas tank, and had it professionally restored with the Renu process. While it was out, I replaced the sending unit. Also replaced entire dual exhausts and added correct chrome tips. It has a subdued growl to it and sounds great..Transmission was serviced as well. Paint is very presentable with a good shine. We believe it to be original with a couple touch ups that are only noticeable under the right light conditions.There is some wear in the paint on the edge of the drivers door. The chrome and stainless is all intact and very good. All glass is good and appears to be original. Windows all operate, although they could use some lubrication. All knobs, buttons,console, glove compartment with makeup tray and mirror, switches, etc. are intact and work. In spite of not being used for many years, the engine runs great, transmission is very good. Everything works on the car.
