1941 Plymouth Deluxe DeLuxe

This Plymouth had a complete frame off restoration in the late 1980's by the second owner. The underside is perfect, I bought the car to drive (I have several other nice drivers), but when I got it home I realized I couldn't use it as a driver, it's too nice. Original engine, everything works except the speedometer. Odometer shows 71132. I understand the car was trailered most everywhere, however it starts right up and drives like 1941, All the gauges work, heater, all lights including fog.
