Restored 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

104k miles are currently shown. Originally green, the body was stripped to bare metal and repainted in Midnight Blue Metallic. Rust issues were also addressed at that time. The side paneling was refurbished, and all window seals and weatherstripping are new. Factory 15� wheels wear new 235/75 Maxis MA-1 tires. The interior was fully stripped and restored with new carpets, upholstery, and dash wiring. A Final Edition badge adorns the dash, and an aftermarket CD player is one of few variations from stock. Power seats have been reupholstered in the appropriate pattern with corduroy inserts. New carpeting was installed and reportedly shows little wear. The 360ci V8 was given a top-end rebuild during the restoration, including resurfaced heads. The original wiring harness was repaired and ancillary equipment was replaced as-needed. The engine compartment and ancillaries were detailed and repainted before being reinstalled. The motor is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission, and power is sent to the wheels through a full-time Selec-Trac 4wd system with a Trak-Lok limited-slip differential. The transmission and transfer case were fully restored or replaced with OEM spec equipment, and a new torque converter was installed. The underside has been detailed, and chassis condition is further documented in the gallery. Suspension bushings were replaced, and the original steering box was rebuilt.
