Description
The interior features leather Recaro sport seats, new carpeting, a factory sunroof, and green tinted glass. The car has been driven approximately 25k kilometers (~15,500 miles) since the build was completed and is located in Geldermalsen, Netherlands. It was completely stripped and professionally repainted in the current gray finish following replacement of a few panels. Noted blemishes include a small ding in the hood along with some light scratches on the sunroof. The front brakes have been upgraded with 294 mm rotors from an E36, and E9/E3 calipers have been added to the rear drums. 15 wheels show well in the provided pictures and are shod with Bridgestone tires. The cabin has been fitted with new carpeting and retains its original three-piece dashboard. The car is equipped with a factory sunroof as well as green tinted glass. VDO instrumentation is fully functional apart from an inoperable tachometer. Recaro sport seats show some wear to their bolsters, and the 66k indicated kilometers (~41k miles) are not believed accurate. The 2. 3-liter S14 inline-four and dog-leg 5-speed manual transmission were both sourced from an E30 M3. The differential is thought to be either a 3. 45 or 3. The videos above demonstrate the car at idle and being driven, and is accompanied by an additional video of the car at hard acceleration. Several photos are included in the gallery that exhibit the condition of the underside and mechanical components. GAZ adjustable coilovers were added all around with the front units based on Tii struts. Included in the sale is the 4,726 invoice for the rebuild to the S14 motor.
