1949 DeSoto Custom Convertible Coupe (Second Series). This is an extremely rare 1949 DeSoto Custom Convertible Coupe (second series). In 1949 DeSoto only produced a total of 3,385 second series convertible coupes and only a handful are known to still exist today. It is equipped with the Spitfire Straight Six engine and Tip-Toe Hydraulic Shift Fluid Drive (Semi-Automatic)Transmission. Additionally, it has a power convertible top, radio, clock, front/rear bumper guards and dual exterior mirrors.
