Description
1937 Indian Maroon Packard 138CD this car has over a 90,000.00 in reciepts. This Packard has wonderful documented history that dates back into the mid 1970's owned by a doctor. The interior is wrapped in a beautifuly done factory style tan mohar interior 8.5k in receipts that you have to see to believe just superlative. All interior dash and woodtrim has been restored and looks amazing. The wiring harness was replaced in 2009 and still looks like new all lights and switches are like new and in working order. The straight 8 was fully rebuilt 7000 miles on it. I have just had the starter and 6 volt generator rebuilt for peace of mind when on a long cruise. All guages look excellent and are in proper working order except for fuel guage. I have installed a new 6 volt fuel pump for ease of starting and reliablity. The 3 speed Transmission has been rebuilt shifts and drives effortlessly. The front suspension has been totally rebuilt steering has zero play really drives well. The shocks rebuilt and bushings have been replaced giving that one of a kind Packard comfortable ride.The car has BFG whitewall tires that look and ride wonderful. This has a jump seat that folds into the floor and removable passenger B-Pillar it truly is unique. The paint is several years old but in very beautiful condition with exception of a few rock chips and normal wear. This car lived a span of time of its life in the National Packard Muesum.
