1969 Dodge Coronet R/T 440

This 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T underwent a restoration by Don Taylor in 2012 and was a part of a personal collection for two years before being acquired by the selling dealer. Power comes from a 440ci Magnum V8 that was rebuilt to factory specifications, painted, and installed with a 3-speed automatic. The car features a black vinyl top, a dark blue vinyl interior, and was repainted during the restoration in the original Light Blue Metallic finish. Available documentation includes the engine rebuild, servicing before and after the restoration, and the selling dealer states the engine is original. This Coronet R/T is being sold with a clean Florida title. The car was repainted in the original Light Blue Metallic â??B3â? paint and features a black vinyl roof and R/T graphics within white stripes on the rear flanks. The finish shows well with minor rock chipping pictured in the gallery. The black vinyl top has no visible rips or tears, and the wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The interior is finished in black vinyl with little wear visible. The original radio is present on the dash and the odometer shows 395 miles, although true mileage is unknown. The 440ci Magnum V8 is reportedly the original engine, and was rebuilt and repainted during the restoration. It is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. Service records from both pre- and post- restoration are included in the sale along with a Coronet repair manual and other period documents.
