1964 Pontiac Catalina 2 door hardtop

1964 Pontiac Catalina 2 door hardtop. Numbers matching 389 tri-power, and a date-coded 1964 Muncie M20 wide-ratio 4-speed, Safety-T-Trac rear with 4.88:1 gears. Cloned like the Royal Bobcatâ??s from Ace Wilsonâ??s Pontiac, except for the exhaust cross-over on the intake (choke still works). Options include, power steering, power brakes and air conditioning. Car has been repainted and all weatherstripping and trunk liner replaced. The interior is 95% original; according to the shop used to replace the front seat foam, the sections on the seats under the driver/passenger bottoms and backs have been replaced with non-original material. All other interior parts are original. The car is a solid rust-free car that still has its original sheet metal. I think the car may have had the passenger quarter panel repaired at some time. The repair was done very well, itâ??s fine for local shows and cruise nights, but if you are looking for a concourse car, this one is just a very nice driver. The engine has been rebuilt, broken in with about 1,000 miles on it.
