In 1973 BMW only made approximately 750 of these couples and very few had the desirable factory AC and sunroof combination. The car retains its original matching number 3.0 liter 6 cylinder engine which runs strongly and has an amazing exhaust note like a Ferrari or early Aston Martin. A recent compression check showed-#1-155, #2-145, #3-145, #4-150, #5-150, #6-155. The factory manual shows the normal range to be 142-156. It has power windows and power steering.
