Description
The car retains its factory Pagoda hardtop and is finished in Light Ivory over Cognac MB-Tex. Power comes from a 2. 8L inline-six backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission, and the car is equipped with a Kuhlmeister air conditioner. Included service records date back to 1981 and show that a rebuilt transmission was installed in 1999. The Pagoda hardtop is reportedly in good condition, with some paint bubbling present on the driver-side above the rear quarter light. The chrome reportedly shows wear consistent with age, and the front grille surround has a small dent in the nose as shown in the photos. Some spot welds and the front grille notches are not visible. The original bumper is still available and will be included. The original wheels are mounted with new tires that have less than 1,000 miles on them. An Alpine has been installed along with two rear speakers mounted on the shelf behind the seats. The current set up is working, and the original radio is not available. The odometer shows 27k miles and is believed to have rolled once based on available records. He advises that the unit will need servicing to be fully functional. Power comes from a 2. 8L inline-six mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. If the machined area is there, but no numbers are stamped on it, this means you have a factory replacement engine. â?The engine currently fitted to the car has no numbers stamped on the machined area, though none of the included records show the engine replacement. The engine reportedly smokes upon start up but not while driving. Filed under: pagoda, sl, w113
