This example is a 1958 model, car number 8501780 putting it near the middle of the 2722 cars produced for the 1958 model year. Floors replaced with OEM quality replacements so that it is now as nice underneath as it is topside. Among other work was installed new Mercedes OEM chrome rocker moldings and a new top in teh correct canvas material along with new chrome top bow and new top boot. The engine has been rebuilt and retains its original Solex carburetors. It has good oil pressure at all temperatures and maintains a normal temperature range when underway. The transmission shifts well and has had new shift linkage bushings recently installed.
