Description
Sold new at Park Place Porsche in Dallas through the Exclusive program, the car stayed in Texas until a 2005 move to Northern California, where it has remained since. The twin-turbocharged 3. 6L flat-six is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to all four wheels. A 30k-mile service was carried out in 2014, and front brake work was recently performed. An exterior walk-around video is provided above. Factory 18â?³ Turbo Twists wear Michelin Pilot Sport rubber from 2011. The car also comes with a set of HRE 542R 19â?³ wheels mounted with Continental front and new rear Toyo tires. The interior was ordered with powered sport seats and Savanna Beige full leather on the steering wheel, shifter, dash, and instrument binnacle along with door and side panels. Headrests are optioned with embossed Porsche crests, and some wear is shown on the driverâ??s seat bolsters. Factory carbon fiber trim shows cracking on the steering wheel and driverâ??s arm rest. A brief interior tour is shown above. Instrumentation includes a 200 mph speedometer and was optioned with aluminum faces. The factory stereo has been augmented with a TranzIt Bluetooth device for phone calls and audio streaming. The twin-turbocharged 3. 6-liter flat-six was rated at 415 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission, which got a new clutch master cylinder 10k miles ago according to the Carfax report. Shifting is via a 6-speed manual transmission. The most recent service was a June 2017 replacement of the front brake rotors, pads, and sensors along with a brake fluid flush and adjustment of the shifter and parking brake cables. Occasional services are noted along with California emissions checks, the most recent of which was passed in April 2017. A maintenance booklet stamped through 2008 is included along with paperwork for the 2014 30k-mile service and recent brake work. Two keys also come with the car, as do the factory spare and jacking tools, though the original air compressor has gone missing from the trunk. Filed under: 996, 996 turbo
